Dr. Tobias B. Kulik, MD, FAAN, CPPS, is a board-certified neurologist with dual subspecialty certification in Vascular Neurology and Neurocritical Care. He maintains an active clinical practice at Saint Luke’s Marion-Bloch Neuroscience Institute in Kansas City, a Comprehensive Stroke and Level 1 Trauma Center.
Dr. Kulik has treated thousands of patients across the full continuum of neurological disease, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, traumatic and hypoxic-ischemic brain injury, autoimmune and infectious neurological disorders, and neurotoxicology. He remains actively engaged in both acute inpatient and longitudinal outpatient care, ensuring that every medicolegal opinion he provides reflects current, real-world clinical practice.
Dr. Kulik serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine. In this role, he teaches medical students, residents, and fellows in neurology, stroke, and neurocritical care. A Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), Dr. Kulik combines clinical expertise with systems-level insight into hospital quality and safety.
